A party leader that does this in piana gets a party of mostly 37+ people in the party

The leader has defined rules on whom and what is looted and or not looted, so the rest can concentrate on attacking instead of everyone trying to loot the same chest. (Like in eslant, the mage loots for apos/deru parties and mele attack only Maple Story mesos)

Monitoring who is using pots besides the buffer, and boot those who do not, and recruit new members, making sure they know they have to use pots to remain in the party.

A party leader that does this in piana gets a party of mostly 37+ people in the party, (or whatever is the appropriate level) they have a buffer/healer that uses pots constantly, and everyone in the party uses 120/240MP or greater pots (I tend to use the 120MP pots, and use them after every 1 or 2 skills, almost spamming them….note these pots are only 160 each or 16,000 coins for 100).

Some notes here…Do not have low level people in the party, while they boost XP, in a full 8 person party, they boost it very little, and a level 8 anything cant do any damage whatsoever to a Death Knight or Mega….

I only have a low level person in the party if we are looting everything, but prefer to have everyone at the highest level that will stay in the party.
